Maintenance Projects that have been on our minds for years include:

Close in the porch on the kindergarten/kitchen.

Close in or partially encose the porches of the grades classroom.

Vent the water heater for the kitchen.

Finish the yurt walls and floor, install threshold to door. (we have 
one)

Assemble the green food booth and roof it as a bike storage shed by 
the yurt.

Clean up scrap plywood and lumber by the wooden shed.

Move the wooden shed with a loader to a spot beside the storage unit.

Replace the door between the kitchen and bathrooms.

Redo the drain system for the Clivus.

New flooring for the kitchen.

Woodstove in library installed. (we have one)

New library porch, stairs.

Finish water line replacement/burial in yard.

Annual jobs include:
Generator maintenance, battery maintenance, grass cutting, oiling 
buildings.
