The latest handmade quilt 3-7-10

The latest handmade quilt from SCCS features a Giant Redwood theme, with many forest creatures peeking through the soft branches.... it's on display at the Community Credit Union in Garberville this month. Tickets are available from the tellers; the winning raffle ticket will be drawn at the school's May Day celebration on May 1. Proceeds from ticket sales will help the independent school support grades K-7 next year. Click on the image at right to see quilt, This will take you to the quilts website.

The Harley quilt by Nancy Branch

Well, it's finally done so I thought I'd give you all a look at -- this years 2010 Redwood Run Quilt. It drapes well over a queen bed so it's pretty big.

The picture isn't that good but hopefully Kim Church will get a better picture for me. She is in charge of it now. I hope it does well in sales for the kids.
This picture was taken at Aprils -- she did another good job with the quilting.
